Terms & Conditions – Empress UK 👑

 

• Clients must ensure all medical information and consultation forms are completed honestly and accurately prior to treatment.

 

• A booking fee and/or valid payment card may be required to secure appointments.

 

• Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of aesthetics, advanced skin, package, and high-value treatments.

 

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for beauty appointments including brows, lashes, waxing, and tinting treatments.

 

• Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend may result in loss of booking fee and/or charges to the payment card on file. In some cases, full payment for the scheduled treatment may be taken.

 

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment.

 

• Results may vary from person to person depending on individual factors, aftercare, lifestyle, and skin type.

 

• Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided to achieve the best possible results.

 

• Patch tests are required for selected treatments including SPMU, Microblading, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, and tinting treatments where necessary.

 

• Empress UK reserves the right to refuse treatment where contraindications, medical concerns, or unsuitable behaviour are present.
